Delegates meetings are held on a bi-weekly basis from 7pm-8pm and are open to the public for those who wish to speak with chapter delegates and the Panhellenic Executive Council.  Following each meeting the minutes from the meeting will be posted below.  The meeting dates and locations for the 2020-2021 academic year are as follows:​​
